Your profile
We value passion and mindset over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve identified some that we believe will help you succeed and thrive in this role:
- Degree in Procurement or Engineering, with at least 3 years of experience
- Experience or understanding of strategic sourcing processes and supplier management
- Knowledge of QCDT principles
- Proficiency in procurement tools (ARIBA, SAP) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- Familiarity with project management and contract negotiations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset and ability to solve complex problems
You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
